Job Description:

• Front line support via ticket and live chat.
• Troubleshooting a variety of technical problems customers are having with their hosting accounts.
• Perform miscellaneous jobs as assigned.

Required Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Advanced knowledge with cPanel/WHM, CentOS, OpenVZ, FTP, DNS.
• Experience in documenting procedures
